On Sunday, September 21, our little Dolly-girl turned three! She wanted a princess party.

Preparing for Khloe's birthday, I asked her, "Who is your favorite princess?" She said, "Cinderella!" So, I say, "Would you like Cinderella to come to your birthday party?" She answers, "No, I would like Elsa."
Thus, we had your basic, classic Disney Frozen party. There is a fabulous lady who does EVERY princess including Tinkerbell and Alice in Wonderland. I saw her at the Tea Garden where Khloe and I went in April. She was Elsa there, too. She was wonderful, so we hired her to come to Khloe's birthday as Queen Elsa!

I served ... cupcakes, sandwiches, chips and dip, melted Olaf's, Swedish Meatballs, snowballs (donuts), thawed hearts (strawberries), snow drifts (potato salad), marshmallows, and lollipops!

She was fabulous! She "remembered" Khloe (as she asked me if Khloe had ever met Elsa before), and recalled her tea with Khloe. She was super friendly, and she stayed in character the ENTIRE time! The kids LOVED her. It was really cute and very fun!

Whatever we do for our children, I think we only hope that they have wonderful childhood memories and know that they are loved. I know Khloe couldn't have felt any more special, because she knows just how much she is loved. We were blessed when this little spitfire popped into our lives three years ago, and we are so very thankful each year when we celebrate the gift God gave to us. Happy #3, Khloe!
